Dribbling. Drabbling. Droubbling.

Dribble
It was a rainy Friday night which caused the biggest deluge in decades. She stormed into his life in the same manner – strong and completely unexpected. The downpour caught him totally off guard and opened up a floodgate of emotions that he never thought was possible.

Drabble
I used to believe that too much happiness is not for me. But I will not be an ingrate to say that heaven has been unfair. Maybe it was my way of saying that sh*t happens and life goes on. Or me trying to cover up the many times I’ve screwed up. Droubble
It wasn’t exactly love at first sight but there was definitely something about Potpot that caused butterflies to flutter in Popoy’s stomach that fateful Friday night. Popoy had only known Potpot for less than a week prior to their first date but he had this inexplicable longing to see her in person as soon as possible. A dinner date was set and there were so many things that could have gone wrong (almost being “chaperoned,” the weather, Potpot not liking her food, Popoy talking about the ex, her mom’s incessant texting) but thankfully, didn’t. Though he regrets that he wasn’t able to fully appreciate Potpot’s beauty because he was distracted by her green eyes and fluffy hair, Popoy was quite taken by her sweet smile. They were together for just a little over three hours but it took only 180 minutes for Popoy to realize that he was quickly falling for Potpot, falling recklessly like the pouring rain…
